Kendrick Lamar has released the surprise new album ‘GNX’, shortly after sharing the video for ‘GNX,’ featuring himself in a Buick GNX (Grand National Experimental) — the same vehicle seen on the album artwork.

The 12-track album features songwriting and production contributions from Jack Antonoff, Sounwave, SZA, Kamasi Washington, Tyler Mehlenbacher, Craig Balmoris, Mustard, Sean Momberger, Sam Dew, Terrace Martin, AzChike, Juju, Hitta J3, Peysoh, Young Threat, Kenny & Billy and Tim Maxey.

GNX serves as the follow-up to 2022’s Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers, and is Lamar’s sixth studio album overall. Rumor has is that the rapper also plans to debut material from the new LP during his headlining performance at the Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show, taking place Feb. 9 in New Orleans.
